You can buy Bitcoin by making an instant SEPAÂ bank transfer. Wave.space gives you a personal vIBAN in your own name, therefore, buying BTCÂ is as simple as sending EUR to another bank account of yours. Bought Bitcoin can be immediately withdrawn onchain, via Lightning or kept on your account to be spent with your wavecard.
You can also setup a standing order for recurring Bitcoin purchases into the same onchain wallet. Using our brand new product "LINK", your chosen onchain address is linked to a specific IBAN, and any EUR sent to this IBAN automatically appears as BTC in your chosen wallet, without even having to open wave.space!
Selling Bitcoin is straightforward, and we accept Bitcoin onchain, via Lightning or even NWC. Sold Bitcoin is sent out as a EUR transfer via SEPA Instant. The best part is that the bank transfer comes from a personal vIBAN in your own name.
You can sell Bitcoin:

You will be asked to note down your card recovery codes & set your 3DS password. As soon as you set it up, the new card gets linked to your Bitcoin account balance. Virtual cards are ready to be used instantly, while physical cards need to be activated upon delivery.
We charge a simple 1% fee for swapping between BTC & EUR. There is also a small spread of 0.5% imposed by our liquidity providers and already baked into the BTC price. The same conversion fee applies when you spend BTC from your wavecard.
All bank transfers and Lightning transactions are free of charge. We also do not charge any additional fees for onchain withdrawals besides the network cost.
Your unique virtual IBAN is your own stable connection between Bitcoin and real life. Since it’s in your own name, it is seen as an interpersonal bank transfer. You should not get the "freezing" same issues that are common when withdrawing from exchanges.
Our services are available to all natural persons with citizenship OR residency in an EEA Contracting State or Switzerland. Except for the wavecard product, which is available only to EEA residents or citizens.
